Objective I can enjoy teaching and mentoring, only if it is in my expertise area and on the condition of given ample of time to prepare myself. I believe it is an integral part of academics. My teaching methods promote active learning and collaborative thinking and I encourage critical reasoning as the key to problem-solving approaches.
